These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of californiaroofpro.com and the services offered by California Roof Pro. By using our website or calling (559) 745-1405, you agree to these Terms.
Our Service
California Roof Pro is a marketing, advertising, and referral service that connects California homeowners with independent local roofing providers. We are not a roofing contractor and do not perform, supervise, warrant, or guarantee roofing work. Each provider is independently responsible for its own license, insurance, permits, pricing, contracts, financing, warranties, workmanship, and compliance obligations.
Estimates & Quotes
All estimates provided through California Roof Pro are free and carry no obligation. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing by the independent provider. Final project pricing is determined by the independent provider assigned to your request and is documented in any written contract you sign directly with that provider.
Contractor Relationships
Once you agree to a project, your contract is between you and the independent roofing provider, not California Roof Pro. The provider is solely responsible for the quality, timeliness, license status, insurance, warranty, permits, and work performed. California Roof Pro is not a party to the provider agreement.
Warranties
Workmanship warranties, if any, are provided by the independent provider performing the work. Manufacturer material warranties are provided by the product manufacturer. California Roof Pro does not provide separate warranties on completed projects.
Limitation of Liability
California Roof Pro's liability is limited to the cost of the referral service, which is free to homeowners. We are not liable for the quality of work performed by independent providers, damage to property, delays, or any other matter arising from the provider-homeowner relationship.
Phone, Text & Communication Consent
By calling (559) 745-1405 or providing your phone number to California Roof Pro, you authorize California Roof Pro and/or its marketing or service-provider partners to contact you about your roofing request by phone, text message, prerecorded message, or automated technology at the number you provide, even if your number appears on a federal, state, or internal Do Not Call list. Consent is not required to purchase goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of texts by replying STOP and may request no further calls during any call.
Advertising & Compensation Disclosure
California Roof Pro may receive compensation for calls, referrals, or resulting business. Reviews, ratings, savings claims, service descriptions, response times, and availability are advertising content and should be verified directly with the independent provider before hiring.
Intellectual Property
All content on californiaroofpro.com — text, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of California Roof Pro and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
